Technically we met in 2011...

We both attended the wedding of our good friends Tim and Tiffany Acord.  We spent a night riding on a peddle pub, gathered in a large group for post rehearsal dinner drinks and danced the night away at the reception - we even have pictures of each other from the wedding.  Clearly we made quite the impression on each other because neither of us remember ever crossing paths...

It wasn't until 2014 at a birthday party for Tiffany that we hit it off and have been together ever since.  At the time, Alanna was living in DC and Ryan was in the Twin Cities; even though our addresses were far apart, we've never let the distance complicate things.  In fact, it was early on that we decided, of all the reasons to not be together, geography was a really stupid one. 

We are so excited to start the next chapter of our lives as husband and wife and are incredibly honored to have each and everyone of you there for our special day
